As we prepare our ABOPM 2025 Operations Budget and upcoming grant applications, we’re gathering each director’s hours contributed and consulting hourly rate for the year. This information helps us accurately capture the in-kind value of your professional contributions and strengthens our funding proposals. Please complete the form below by Friday, November 7, 2025. Note: Use your consulting hourly rate, which reflects the professional value of your time in a non-salaried capacity. This allows us to represent the full in-kind contribution of your expertise for grant and audit purposes.

Consulting Hourly Rate

Please indicate your consulting hourly rate (USD), which represents your typical professional consulting rate, not your salaried rate. Explain specialized knowledge that justifies your rate. Example of a Strong Staff Justification Paragraph: Curriculum Director (0.25 FTE – $22,000): Responsible for developing and delivering 80 hours of precision medicine instructional content, aligning modules with CME standards, supervising clinical faculty, and conducting learner assessments. Compensation is based on ABOPM’s salary schedule and regional benchmarks.
