Dr. Bajnath is a distinguished physician, author, educator, and thought leader in precision medicine. As the CEO and founder of the American Board of Precision Medicine, he shapes the culture and values of the organization, ensuring its position as a leader in the future of healthcare. He is also the founder of The Institute for Human Optimization in Maryland, where he delivers cutting-edge personalized healthcare, integrating advanced diagnostics such as genomics, biomarker testing, microbiome analysis, and biometric lifestyle monitoring.
Dr. Bajnath is an adjunct faculty member at George Washington University School of Medicine, where he directs courses in clinical genomics, proteomics, and metabolomics. He is an honors graduate of Ross University School of Medicine, holds an MBA in Healthcare Services, and completed his residency in Family Medicine at the University of Maryland.
A certified practitioner in Functional, Anti-Aging, and Regenerative Medicine, Dr. Bajnath also possesses extensive training in clinical nutrition, medical acupuncture, and European Biological Medicine. He is dual board certified in Family Medicine and Regenerative Medicine. Dr. Bajnath’s research and clinical practice focus on identifying the root causes of unresolved illnesses and crafting personalized care plans that empower patients to optimize their health and longevity.

Dr. Matthew Taylor is a board-certified family physician and exemplar of P4 precision medicine in clinical practice, sought as a domain expert and clinical mentor among integrative and personalized medicine practitioners multinationally. A depth of training and experience in multiple disciplines informs both his innovative approaches to whole precision care of the complex chronically ill and sapient perspectives on precision medicine acumen and professional development.
Dr. Taylor earned his medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine, and trained in full-spectrum Family Medicine both at UPMC Altoona Family Physicians and the University of Maryland Medical Center. He continued into private practice, concurrently engaged in protean training intensives across several organizations, including the National Lipidology Association, SSRP Cellular Medicine Fellowship, Institute for Functional Medicine, Trauma Research Foundation, National Institute for the Clinical Application of Behavioral Medicine (NICABM), and International Society for Environmentally Acquired Illness (ISEAI).
As a cofounder of the American Board of Precision Medicine (ABOPM) and its Director of Network Analysis, Dr. Taylor aims to ensure alignment of medical and scientific teams’ objectives with overall organizational strategy and quality of education disseminated to board diplomate candidates. He brings robust clinical and strategic experience from private, hospital, and healthcare startup ecosystems, compassionate presence from a host of health journeys of the undiagnosed and unhealed, partnership in their transformational outcomes, and a devotion to the ABOPM's paradigm-shifting medical mission. He is the father of four beautiful children, seeking to empower them in drive, faith, and love.

He was awarded the prestigious California Institute of Regenerative Medicine Clinical Fellowship at UC Irvine, where he spearheaded groundbreaking research in stem cells, epigenomics, and genomics. His contributions to science include numerous peer-reviewed publications, several intellectual property filings, and invited speaking engagements at leading international conferences and organizations.
As the founder and CEO/CSO of Systomic Health, Dr. Yazdi successfully developed and commercialized advanced genomics, bioinformatics, and precision medicine solutions. His leadership culminated in delivering innovative technologies and clinical insights to prestigious clients such as Allergan, Caladrius Biosciences, and Omega Protein. His expertise in clinical trial design, regulatory affairs, and multi-omics data analysis established him as a trusted partner in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors.
Currently serving as the Chief Science Officer and Chief Medical Officer at SelfDecode, Dr. Yazdi has assembled and led a dynamic, multidisciplinary team of AI/ML scientists, bioinformaticians, and clinical researchers. Under his strategic direction, SelfDecode has become an industry leader, pioneering AI-driven genomic technologies that deliver substantial improvements in genetic risk predictions, pharmacogenomics, and precision health applications. His innovations have resulted in patents, significant revenue growth, and a highly respected platform utilized worldwide.

He is the author of the acclaimed book “Curing the Cause and Preventing Disease: A New Approach to the Diagnosis and Treatment of Disease and Aging with Functional Diagnostic Medicine,” which has helped clinicians and patients alike rethink the root causes of chronic illness.
A passionate educator and public health advocate, Dr. Ross is currently co-leading the development of a groundbreaking precision medicine curriculum focused on multi-omics, systems biology, and personalized therapeutics. This advanced CME educational program is poised to set a new standard in clinical training and will culminate in formal Board Certification in Precision Medicine, offered exclusively through The ABOPM.
